When is the deadline to register?

We accept registrations until 30th January 2021, 11.59pm.

Eligibility criteria

Participants are comprised of changemakers with the minimum age of 18 years old: 


1. HR Officers and Executives - Corporate/Government/Startups

2. HR & Business/Management students

3. HR Academics & Teachers

4. Career Guidance personnel

5. Career Consultants

I am younger than 18 years old. Am I still eligible to apply?

If you believe that you meet all other criteria and have a suitable profile, you may still apply and your application might be considered on an exceptional basis. However, those who fulfill all application requirements will be prioritized.

I am a student. Can I apply?

Do I need to prepare anything before the on-site event?

You can bring your own notebooks or laptops/tablets. You can also prepare to network with Industry Experts and other HR practitioners.

How does the INITIATE Human Capital Summit 2021 programme look like?

The Event Flow has been emailed to participants.

Will there be certificates given?

We will be providing e-certificates to participants.


Will the INITIATE Human Capital Summit 2021 be fully accessible?

We aim at being as accessible as possible and therefore we attempt to accommodate all participants’ needs. We therefore kindly ask applicants to provide with their access needs while completing the application form.

I have a learning disability, can I apply?

Yes, we encourage everybody to apply for the INITIATE Human Capital Summit 2021, including persons with learning disabilities or other special needs.


I have a disability and require a personal assistant. Can I bring my own?

Of course. If you require to be accompanied by a personal assistant, you are welcomed to bring her/him to the event.

Can I submit the application in formats other than the one provided?

To make sure that we can process registrations smoothly, all registrations must be submitted through the online form provided. However, if you have problems in accessing the registration form, please get in touch with us and we’ll try to accommodate your needs.
